Why BPT course is good for girl students?

BPT (Physiotherapy) is one the most demanding course for girls students due to its working pattern and vast career options. It's very good for girls as they can join any orthopedic surgeon or doctor as a consultant or they can have their own clinic where they can go just 3–4 hr and can earn a good salary. They can also open their own clinic and can earn a handsome salary.  A physiotherapist plays an important role for pregnant lady patients. If a pregnant lady goes for regular physiotherapy then their chances for the normal delivery increase and they get safe from surgery. Nowadays we have witnessed more than 90% of cases of pregnancy go for surgical delivery which expenses more than a lakh. But this can be controlled by the physiotherapist.


We have witnessed almost 70% to 80% total strength of the Physiotherapy department are girls student. A Physiotherapist doctor can earn an average salary of 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs in India.


Why the BPT course is the second-best option after the MBBS course?

BPT course demand has increased in recent years as the public is getting aware of physical fitness. Due to the lifestyle of people, they start suffering from joint pains, frozen muscles, and neuro disorders from the average age of 40-45 years. Almost 60 to 70% of people require a physiotherapist after the age of 45 years.


Physiotherapist plays a vital role in the recovery of surgical patients. AIIMS Delhi has directed that the Indian Medical system requires almost 1 lakhs Physiotherapist in short future. In the COVID-19 pandemic, Physiotherapist played a good role in the recovery of patients. A physiotherapist plays an important role for pregnant lady patients. Overall we can say that BPT is the second-best option for medical aspirants after the MBBS course due to its vast career options.
